The best time to do a cleanse or detox is when your body, mind, or spirit needs it. Sometimes we don’t recognize when we need it. In that case,
Spring is a great time to do a cleanse or detox.
We will review the “10-Day Detox Diet” by Mark Hyman, MD. Optionally, you can also do the diet. You don’t need to do the entire 10 days. You can do a couple days just to try it out, five days, ten days, or longer if you desire. I will start the diet on the Spring Solstice, Friday March 20th. I will provide a “cheat sheet” to help you prepare and know what to eat.

After the Detox
“Fresh” is a documentary about several farmers and their efforts to provide healthy food while farming in a sustainable manner. It is just a little over an hour. Netflix, Amazon Prime, and FMTV offer the movie.
Watch the movie before our meeting so you come ready to share your thoughts. We will be able to watch moments of the movie, so be sure to make note of specific times we can play and then speak to as a group.
